The fruit is delivered by medium acidity and firm tannins, which explode on your palate leaving you with a mouthful of dark, intense fruit. The 2017 vintage has the structure and depth to evolve for over a decade.

Picked in late September, the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot were fermented separately in 5-ton open-top fermenters and pumped over multiple times per day to achieve maximum extraction. Aged for 24 months in 50% new French Oak with a variety of toasts from light to medium.
